About KARA

KARA is a top girl group from Korea and Japan’s most popular K-Pop artiste, having sold 1.18 million albums in Japan in 2011. KARA's most recent Japanese album "Super Girl" was certified platinum within two weeks of release, with sales in excess of 450,000 copies. The five jewels of KARA are Gyuri, Seungyeon, Nicole, Hara, and Jiyoung. The girls have been together since mid-2008 and made their successful debut in Japan in 2010. By the end of the year, KARA had been awarded Japan's #1 Rookie Artist of 2010 by Oricon and also received the New Artist Of The Year Award (International) from the Japan Gold Disc Awards.

2011 saw KARA’s popularity surge from strength to strength. In April 2011, the group secured their first #1 single with “Jet Coaster Love”. The success of this single gave KARA the distinction of being the first foreign female group since the establishment of the Oricon chart to rank #1 in the 1st week of release. KARA’s successes of 2011 were capped by an invitation to perform at the prestigious 62nd Kohaku Uta Gassen in Japan, where they opened the second half of the programme.

KARA is managed by DSP Entertainment. KARA is currently on their KARASIA tour, which features concerts across Asia. KARA will kick-off their 12 concert nationwide tour of Japan at the Yokohama Arena on 14 April 2012.

(1) Can I change what I have ordered?

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended online. We would be happy to help you either re-place the order through us if you want to add items, or cancel items should these not have been dispatched yet. To do this, please contact us at admin@threecupsyard.com

(2) Where can orders be shipped to?

We deliver world-wide. In the event of exceptional circumstances which render us unable to fulfill the order for delivery to the specified location, we will inform and refund you the purchase amount.

(3) Can I change the delivery option / address for my order?

As there is a price difference between the delivery options we offer, unfortunately there can be no changes to the delivery option / address once an order is placed.

(4) How do I find out the status of my delivery?

If you have yet to receive a despatch confirmation email from our store, please contact us at admin@threecupsyard.com.

(5) What is the returns policy?

We will always do our best to ensure that your product arrives correctly and in perfect condition. Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen and we want to be able to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. In this case you can contact us on admin@threecupsyard.com and we will process a refund or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Please note that a refund or replacement is only available if the product is faulty or damaged, and you will need to send the damaged or faulty product back to us. Refunds or replacements are not offered for any other reason.

K5J Exclusive Lucky Draw - Win a chance to meet KARA in person!

The Draw has concluded for the Singapore K5J showcase on the 10 July. Lucky winners will be notified by email by the 15 June 2012. Winners need to confirm that they are attending no later than 20 June 2012. Congratulations to all our lucky winners! See you at K5J Showcase Singapore!

Every K5J perfume you purchase comes packaged with a gift card. Each gift card is printed with a unique serial number. You can use this unique serial number once, to register one name for the lucky draw. Registration is at www.3cy.com.

(2) How many people will be selected in the lucky draw to meet KARA?

At least 50 lucky winners will get a chance to meet KARA at K5J showcase concerts at locations such as Japan, Singapore and Macau. Winners will receive exclusive tickets for the events for free. Airfare and accommodation will not be sponsored.

(3) Will the winners be given special access to KARA?

Out of the 50 lucky winners, 5 will receive the Grand Prize where they will get to meet with KARA one-on-one and receive a special gift from the girls.

(4) Can I register my name for the lucky draw more than once?

Yes, each K5J gift card entitles you to register for one chance, and you can register the same name more than once. If a unique serial number is used for more than one registration, we will only take the first registration and void the rest. To claim prizes, all winners have to present their original gift card for verification.

(5) Who will be conducting the lucky draw? And when will the draw be?

3CY will conduct the lucky draw and winners will be notified via contact details provided during registration. 3CY’s decision is final and we reserve the right to make changes to terms and conditions at our discretion and subject to KARA’s schedule and availability.

There will be one lucky draw for each of the K5J showcase concerts. The lucky draw for a concert will be held exactly one month before the scheduled showcase date. Registration cut-off is 12 noon Singapore time on the day of the lucky draw.

The first K5J showcase concert will be held in Singapore, and is scheduled for 10 July 2012. The lucky draw will be held on 10 June 2012 and cut-off for registrations for the draw is 12 noon Singapore time on 10 June 2012. Winners can expect to be notified on 11 June 2012.
